15 DAY RETURN WINDOW

We want you to be completely happy with your Splits59.com purchase. Please initiate your return within 15 days of shipping. Be sure to notify us of any issues or errors with your order within 15 days of shipping. Please keep this return window in mind when ordering. If you will be traveling for an extended period, please delay your purchase until your return. We cannot extend the return window due to your travel schedule. ARE MY ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return.

  • All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition. DO NOT remove tags and tear-away size labels if you plan to return. If the tags and/or tear-away label has been removed your return will be denied. The items will be returned to you and return shipping will apply.
  • Please include original packaging whenever possible.
  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in resalable condition your return will be denied. The items will be returned to you and return shipping will apply.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on are listed as “FINAL SALE” unless otherwise noted.
  • ALL underwear AND swimwear items are FINAL SALE

Purchases made outside of Splits59.com cannot be returned through this website. Original shipping is not refundable.

INDEPENDENT RETAILER PURCHASES

Splits59 corporate offices and Splits59.com does not accept returns of items purchased at other retail locations (websites or physical stores) for any reason. All returns must be made at the retail store or website where the garment was originally purchased. The return policy of the retailer will apply.

US RETURNS POLICY

You’ll be happy to know that we accept returns on US Orders initiated within 15 days of shipping, subject to eligibility as stated above. In the event your order takes longer than 15 days to arrive, please reach out to customerservice@splits59.com within 3 days of receipt for an exception.

  • To initiate your return simply visit pollenreturns.net/Splits59
  • Enter your order number to self-initiate your authorization along with a prepaid shipping label.
  • When dropping off your return with the carrier, be sure to get a receipt. This will be your proof of shipping against any misrouted or lost returns. Carrier scans are the only acceptable proof of return in the event of a lost return shipment.
  • DO NOT include additional items with your return. Please obtain a separate authorization for additional items. If items are dropped off at a return bar without authorization they can become separated from your authorized items during return shipping. Splits59 can not refund items that are unaccounted for due to an unauthorized return.

IMPORTANT: Your return label will expire 2 weeks from the issue date. Please mail your return back promptly. We cannot reauthorize expired returns. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to you. Original shipping is not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

Making a return on an international order is simple. Please use our international return portal here https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsB2u. Return window and eligibility requirements stated above will apply.

Please note a shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your original total amount. If any additional issues or questions may arise, please email  customerservice@splits59.com to notify us of your return within 10 days of receipt.
