Orders placed on Splits59.com are shipped via our carriers Monday through Friday. Our carriers do not pick up on weekend or holidays.
Orders placed for in stock items BEFORE 1:00 PM PST are typically shipped out the same day.
Orders placed for in stock items AFTER 1:00 PM PST are normally shipped the next business day.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
US Orders under $400 are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation.
US Orders over $400 are shipped with signature confirmation at the discretion of Splits59. You may waive this service by contacting customerservice@splits59.com immediately after placing your order.
ADDRESS CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed an address change or cancellation may not be possible. Our team will do their best to update your order prior to carrier pick up. Please note that we are not responsible for orders mis-shipped due to an incorrect address.
HOTEL & TEMPORARY DESTINATIONS
Splits59 discourages shipping to Hotels, AirB&B and other temporary destinations. If you are planning to travel, please place your order at least 2 weeks before your travel date. If you are unable to do so, we invite you to shop with us upon your return. Orders shipped to hotels and temporary destinations cannot be refunded if they are lost after being delivered.
STOLEN/UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, orders cannot be reshipped or refunded.
Splits59 is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you do not have a secure residential delivery address, we recommend shipping to alternate address such as a business or mailbox service. Shipments returned to Splits59 as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
