GENERAL INFORMATION
US SHIPPING
- FedEx 2 Day Air - Flat Rate for $5.
- FedEx Standard Overnight - rate based on weight/destination
- FedEx Priority Overnight - rate based on weight/destination
FedEx 2Day®: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 4:30 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.
FedEx Priority Overnight®: Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon or 4:30 p.m. to residences and some rural areas.
FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.
- Pricing for all options will vary by weight and destination.
- Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will be sent via US Mail.
- Splits59 does not ship on weekends or holidays.
- All carrier delivery date options are for weekdays and non-holidays unless otherwise noted. Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not be available.
- Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. FedEx and USPS policy is to leave packages if receiver is not present. Splits59 is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping worldwide.
We offer International shipping via DHL Worldwide Express. You can expect to receive your order within 5 business days or sooner depending on your country. Most orders will ship the same day if placed by 1 pm Pacific Time or on the next business day.
- Please note shipping times may vary by country and are not guaranteed.
- Customer is responsible for all local import duties and taxes.
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
- Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. Splits59 is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address.

DELIVERY SERVICES
- US Orders under $300 are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation.
- US Orders over $300 are shipped with signature confirmation. You may waive this service by contacting customerservice@splits59.com immediately after placing your order.
- Once delivery is confirmed, orders can not be reshipped or refunded. Splits59 is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location.
- Shipments returned to Splits59 as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
RETURNS POLICY
You’ll be happy to know that returns on US Orders initiated within 30 days of shipment do not require preauthorization.
- To initiate your return simply visit splits59.returnly.com
- Enter your order number to activate automatic authorization along with a prepaid shipping label.
- When dropping off your return with USPS, be sure to get a receipt. This will be your proof of shipping against any misrouted or lost returns.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
We want you to be completely happy with your Splits59.com purchase. Please notify us within the 30 Day return window of any issues or errors with your order. Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return.
- All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and all original packaging included.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in resalable condition your return will be denied. The items will be returned to you and return shipping will apply.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on are listed as “FINAL SALE” unless otherwise noted.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Making a return on an international order is simple. Email customerservice@splits59.com to notify us of your return within 10 days of receipt. Ship your order via a carrier that provides tracking to the address below.

RETAIL PURCHASE RETURNS
Splits59 corporate offices and Splits59.com does not accept returns of items purchased at retail locations for any reason. All returns must be made at the retail store where the garment was originally purchased. The return policy of the retailer will apply.
EXCHANGES
To ensure that you receive your new items as quickly as possible, please place a new order at splits59.com. When you initiate your return we will automatically send you an Instant Refund Gift Card in the amount of your pending refund which you can use to place your order immediately.
We will process the returned items according to our normal return policy.
